What Can Be Returned
You may request a return if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

It is unworn, unused, with all original tags attached

It is returned in its original packaging

You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us at care@ravynna.com with the following:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item showing the issue

A short description of the problem
If your return is approved, you will receive:

A prepaid return label (when applicable)

Instructions on how and where to send the item
Please note: returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style:

Request a return for your original item.

Once approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.
This ensures the new item is shipped to you without delay.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

If rejected, we will explain the reason.
Note: Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. If you don’t receive your refund after 10 business days, please:

Return Shipping

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a return label at no cost.

If you are returning the item for any other reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Cancellations and Address Changes

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to cancel it.

Shipping Address Changes: Requests must also be made within 12 hours of ordering.
