1. Return Policy

• All original tags must remain attached.
  
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
  
• A short description of the issue
  

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

✅ A pre-paid return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact care@ravynna.com immediately.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Lingerie & undergarments
  
• Jewelry & accessories
  
• Final-sale items and gift cards
  

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

Simply request a return for the original item, and once it’s approved, place a new order for your preferred item.

This helps us process and ship your replacement faster.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an update on the status:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
• If declined, we’ll send you an explanation.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RAVYNNA will cover shipping and send you a prepaid label.
  
• For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
  We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  

7. Order Cancellations & Address Updates

• Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, email care@ravynna.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
  
• Address Changes: Please notify us within 12 hours of order placement for any address updates.
