Yes! All Ravynna pieces are crafted with premium stainless steel base and coated with 18k gold plating, making them resistant to tarnishing under normal wear.

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and made from skin-friendly materials. We use surgical-grade stainless steel that's safe for most sensitive skin types.

Our pieces are water-resistant for everyday wear (washing hands, light rain), but we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or exposure to chlorine.

Each order is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

• Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, email care@ravynna.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
