2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Need a different size, color, or style?
Simply request a return for the original item, and once it’s approved, place a new order for your preferred item.

- If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RAVYNNA will cover shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations & Address Updates
- Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, email care@ravynna.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
- Address Changes: Please notify us within 12 hours of order placement for any address updates.
